  Still picture

  I have a recorded TV program on a DVD disc which I can play on my PC. I would like to get a still picture from a specific part (frame). Is there a way or program to do this. Screensnap, clipboard…doesn’t work for this. Thanks for any advise

  WinDVD and PowerDVD can both do this.

  I know WinDVD can copy to the clipboard.

  whatever you do, be sure and resize the picture
  to 640×480 so your aspect ratio is right.

  if it’s an anamorphic DVD resize it to 864×480
