  Optimizing Set-Up for AE

  I just got a new computer.
  Core i7 with 12gb or RAM with a 1TB 7200RPM HD.

  I am having some serious trouble running AE CS5 on my machine.
  For some reason, it is seriously running smoother on my 3 year on MBP.

  Please let me know what settings are best within AE for the best performance.
