I take alot of pictures at night and I always end up with an annoying strong halo around sources of light as you can see in the image here.
Is there anyway I can get rid of this? is there any filter out there that does what the polariser filter does but for glare instead of reflections? so that light sources are sharp and crisp?

No photo attached–you’ll be stuck with cloning out the halos in Photoshop.
