Hello, I got this avi file, but I only get audio when I put in After Effects and Windows Movie Player. It works fine on VLC, but I want it to work in After Effects as well, please help me

Your subject line isn’t very descriptive of the problem, but then, neither is your post. Are you saying you don’t get audio in AE when you place your AVI? If that is your problem, how are you trying to preview it? What codec is it encoded with? What version of AE are you using?

Yes, “AVI” isn’t enough information. What codec has it been encoded with?
