Universal Stock Footage Release Forms
I am in the process of uploading some of my footage to various stock media sites, and also plan on shooting material specifically to sell on these sites as well. All of these sites seem to have their own release form to use. My question is, if I shoot something knowing that I will be uploading to various sites, is there a way to have the talent sign just one form and I will be able to use that across the platform, or do I have to have the talent sign each and every release form for every site. It would be nice if there was a way for the talent to only have to sign once and agree to all terms. I would be curious to find out how other people have went about this. Thanks!
