  Sharing and Viewing Dailies

  Hello

  I don’t know if this is the best place for this topic; I couldn’t find a more suitable place. Admins, please move if inappropriate.

  I want to restart a documentary project that I started when I lived in the UK and now has been dormant for far too long. As I now live on the other side of the world, I’ll be getting a local crew to complete it for me.

  I want to know if there is a way to share and collaborate on dailies across continents, short of writing a web-based system from scratch that does this.

  Does anyone know of people or technology that accomplishes this?

  Hi Mina,

  You may want to check out the latest version of Final Cut Pro as they now have a feature called iChat which allows you to share what you are seeing in the timeline. Otherwise you could set up a ftp site/situation.
