  EX1 + Pal/Ntsc – 25/30fps

  I have a little dilemma on which formats and settings to choose.
  I’m shooting a corporate documentary in three countries – Atlanta, Iceland and China so that means one is 60Hz and two 50Hz. I come from a PAL country and I have never done any NTSC.

  The camera I will be using the most is the Sony Ex1 but I would like to use the 5D as an extra camera to shoot the “cooler” stuff like DOF shoots etc.
  End results will most likely only be played back on computers/projected and Internet stream.

  Thoughts going though my minds are :
  – Should I shoot 25fps and convert the 5D’s 30fts to 25
  – Should I shoot 30fps on both cameras and choose different shutter speeds to balance the flickering in 60&50Hz
  – I am probably missing out something obvious 🙂

  What would be my ideal settings to match the two cameras and three countries having the 60&50Hz in mind?

  oh..yes, and I am supposed to start shooting on Monday 🙂
