  Animated Scanner Line Question (Continued)

  Hello i posted a question recently how to animate a scanner line shown here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4WRLM6GTns

  I managed to do the animated line but i was wondering at 0:08 the line comes down but it makes the footage go blue and i was wondering how could i achieve this effect.

  It seems that it could be achieved with a combination of radial blur, slightly blowing out the whites with levels and a cool Photo filter- all animated over the time it takes the scan line to come down over the image.
