  Recreate Sony Make Believe Starburst

  I’m attempting to recreate this star burst from Sony’s Make Believe logo. I’ve used trapcode shine to create the lighting effect, but I don’t know how to successfully create this type of burst. Attached is what the burst looks like. Any ideas on how to recreate this burst would be greatly appreciated.

  Without 3rd party plugins- “CC light burst” on a circle split in half with the desired colours. …Why not even use two light bursts and add a lensflare on top!

  With 4rd parteh plugins – trapcode shine.

  I have all of those 3rd party plugins, and i’ve created a small circle on a black solid layer. The CC Lightburst 2.5 doesn’t show up at all on a solid layer.
