Creepy Sci- Fi low light scene
I am relatively new to lighting. I have been an editor and producer for years but am now helping out and shooting a no budget sci-fi video. We need to shoot a scene that has been described by the “director” as starting out with a completely dark hallway and then a spotlight is switched on 2 people. The people are both kind of ghoulish and need to be half in shadow and half lit. the hallway is going to be created with dark black curtains and there needs to be smoke or dry ice hovering low. Any suggestions on how to acheive this effect?
