  Converting a 1080p 23.976 fps project to 720p60 for ABC station

  Hello, I’m needing to deliver a 30 second 1080p 23.976 fps video to an ABC station that requires a 720 progressive 59.94 fps version. I’m not sure how to do this for a progressive frame rate.

  I’m familiar with creating a pulldown conversion in after effects in order to render an interlaced master, but this needs to be progressive.
