  Avid Media Composer Subscription and Older Versions

  I’m going to upgrade my Avid Media Composer software (currently running v7.0.4). The newest version that is qualified on my system is MC v2018.5. If I purchase Avid’s monthly subscription service (the $49.95/mo. thing), will I be able to download and use that older version, or would I be married to whatever the newest version is?

  I come from the legacy dongle days.
  I can still access all the installers from the past.
  Not sure if it’s the same now with the sub-model.
  I am on that now but still have access to my older downloads but via web browser through Avid.
