    Hi Guys !..

So basically I have a graphic with an alpha (its a score box) and I also wanted to add numbers to the box. Is there a way I can collapse this and move both the graphic and text as one. I’ve tried adding a 3d warp, but it moves the whole image. Is there an effect I can apply either Borris or Sapphire?

    Cheers

    Sam

You can try collapsing your text and graphic layers, and then adding a pic in pic effect to the collapse. In days past, pic in pic could solve the issue of the background moving with the layered element that was caused by using the resize effect.

I don’t do a lot of this stuff in Avid anymore, so can’t say for sure if it will work.

Nest the graphic and the text together and apply 3D Warp to the nest.
