  Avid 8.8.3 drag and drop

  We have two PC machines both running media composer, windows 7 64 bit. Both on a network environment with local storage, both the same security.
  One system is running media composer 8.3.1 and has no issues with a drag and drop from the local drive or accessing our network. The other, which has been upgraded to 8.8.3, only once…. has been able to see the network drives in the source browser, and will not allow drag and drop. There was no reason why it did show the drives at one point, or why it does not now? Anyone have a solution?

  I should add that both have the symphony option.
