  Minimizer

  Why is the cursor minimizer not working properly on my project windows. I’m trying to shrink my composer window but when i grab the window by the expander icon it will only let me make it smaller and bigger from side to side it will not let me make the window smaller vertically(i can’t go up or down). Anyone know why that is?
