  Syncing by Waveform

  Since PluralEyes 4 is not designed to work with MC any longer – do you have any suggestions how to sync by waveform?

  Use PE v3.5?
  Maybe a workaround with PE v4? I tried to find one, but no luck 🙁

  I’m on MC v7, so I can’t use MC’s new build in sync function.
  Anyway I’ve been told that it’s not as good as PE…

  I haven’t really used this workflow, but DaVinci Resolve lite has the ability to sync by waveform. You can choose to export new synced media or AAF export of a timeline with synced audio back to Avid. And its free.
