    Hi,

In After Effects and PPro, I can replace a clip, with another clip from the Browser, and keep all clip properties and keyframes of the replaced clip in the new one (even keyframes). In PPro and AE you drag it with ALT.
Is there an option like this in AVID?

    Thanx.

If you have stacked effects on an event, you can step into the event on the timeline (the triangles in the timeline next to green/yellow selection). Step all the way in, replace the event with an overwrite or blue arrow and step out again.

    Hi Michael,

thanx a lot for the fast reply.
Does that also copy keyframes then?
    E.g. in the Audio.
