  Assertion failed error

  I have been getting this error lately:

  

  I think it might have started when I opened a bin from v8 in v7, and then re-opened the bin in v8 again, but I can’t be sure.
  Anybody else getting this? I’m on a MAC trash can running 10.9.4 and avid 8.3.1
