  Export for DVD & Bluray settings

  I new to exporting files from MC and have a few questions. I trans-code my AVCHD footage to DNXHD145 in MC for editing. I am using MC 8.3.1 now. I would need some recommendations on export settings to send to squeeze and from squeeze to Authoring program. Using Sony Architect. I want to export the same sequence to make Bluray and DVD Widescreen. Is this the correct workflow?

  I would export a QT “Same as Source” or a QT reference and encode to SD/HD in your authoring application. If you have a standalone encoder which at times can offer better quality, you can use the same files.
