  • Media Composer to Premiere Pro, then Encore

    I have an 86 minute doc. I cut it in 5 sequences in Media Composer. It is easier for me to master it in Premiere and I used Premiere credit roll. Then I export to Encore. I need the absolute highest quality export out of MC. Is it:

    Send to QT Movie>
    Quicktime Movie>
    Same as Source (and check the Avid Codecs box)

    Same as source would be the exact same media files currently used in MC so go with that. Using the most recent versions of MC and CC, I have also been using AMA export of OP1a which is is a one step export of sequence without mixdowns and such to be done prior.
