  Sharing client monitor with director in other city

  Hi All

  Very simply I am trying to set up a situation whereby a producer and or director can watch my client monitor from another city with very little degradation of quality and frame rate. The purpose is to lock TV episodes not to judge color or other very fine work. They would be linked to us by voice and video to edit along with us.

  I am running media composer 6.5.4.2 my mac specs are below. I have looked into using my old mojo box circa 2002 or a black magic intensity box but am not sure how to go at it to achieve a decent connection. Any help would be appreciated.

  I have been using Slingbox for this purpose since Slingbox first hit the market. Upside – reasonable cost, good quality. Downside: only one person can sign in a a time due to re-broadcast restrictions.
