AVID Subscription has failed.
I’ve just set up a new system, 6 core Trash Can Pro. And installed the subscription version of Media Composer 8. All goes well. Work starts coming in…
And here we are a month later and the license has failed to update. And Media Composer will stop working in a day or so.
If I attempt to renew the license manually in the application manager I get an error.
“Failed License Renewal: 101 Subscription Renewal Error: Failed to set Expiration Date”
All the appropriate AVID account settings appear correct. And I’m chasing my tail with AVID Support via email.
I was hoping someone may have come across this and have any ideas for fixing the problem.
