    Hi,
I’m doing a project where I have to do all the syncing. I like to only cut with 2 tracks of audio, so for files with more than 2 tracks, I would like to only sync with the top 2. This way I still have the individual sound files if i need to go back and look for ISO. Is there a way to sync with only two tracks or selected tracks, other than sub clipping the audio file into two tracks and then sync? That just seems to be too many steps. Thanks in advance!

AutoSync window has an option that lets you set the range of audio tracks you want to include in the sync clip.

But not when syncing from the timeline – if syncing in timeline and using AutoSync, it just uses the tracks as edited.

If she syncs from the timeline, she can just delete the unwanted tracks before Autosyncing.
I’d save a duplicate of the sequence before doing that, so if you end up needing the ISOs you can still find them easily.
