  RAM Preview Preferences?

  I’m trying to preview only the work area of my comp, but everytime I try to RAM preview it (hitting the “0” key), it previews beyond my work area. Also, it previews from wherever my timeline marker is. I’ve never had this problem before on other computers using After Effects, so I’m a bit confused as to why this computer is RAM previewing this way. Is there a RAM Preview Preference menu? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

  Check the Time Controls palette and see whether the “From Current Time” option is checked. This will override the work area preview.
