  Paste timecode into source monitor

  Prior to V6 I was able to hit

  /

  then

  CMD V

  and paste in to the record monitor some timecode that I had copied from elsewhere.

  Now when I hit CMD V it insert edits the source monitor.

  Does anyone know how I can regain this ability to automate entry of timecode into the composer windows (without having to write applescripts)?

  It’s listed as a bug in the Read Me for MC 6 and is still unresolved.
