  Quicktime reference exports giving frozen frames

  Hi All,
  Im having a bit of a headache with exporting Quicktime references from AVID media composer 5.5. On the occasional project I export as a quicktime reference im getting frozen frames, some lasting for several seconds. When importing to Sorenson these areas are just solid white. Does anyone know why this might be?

  All my content is coming from a rackstation and all tracks have been rendered before performing the export…

  Perhaps you are doing a same as source export but have a mix of codecs in your sequence?

  Try doing a video mix down first
