  trick to vector blur?

  I Was planning on using CC Vector Blur to give some particles a Smokey look, but the effect just seems to have…no effect.

  I adjust the amount and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I’m applying the effect to some particles generated by Particle World.

  actually, changing the type seems to work. I can change it to direction fading and see the effect, but not under the ‘natural’ type. Weird…
