  Lost serial number

  Hello!

  I cannot find the right serial number for the AMC installed in my editing room. Now I need to activate ScriptSynch and all the number I tried are wrong.

  Any idea about how to find the right serial? Is it stored somewhere in the system?

  Can AVID send it to us?

  Look in the “special” menu for the authorize/de-authorize selection and it should be available there as well. Also look in the console after a boot up for all system information.

  If none of that works, has it been registered? If so, then Avid would have it on file, and you can call support to get it taken care of.
