I’m about 1/2 way through my learning curve with MC and still hitting bumps in the road.
I received the wonderful “Avid Agility” book, which is more of a reference tool.
    Can anyone recommend a high-quality step-by-step book?
I’ve gone through a number of Lynda trainings and would like to have something in print as well.

    Thanks…

I humbly throw my book into the pile, The Avid Assistant Editor’s Handbook. It has step by step instructions for a number of Avid tasks and you can download a free chapter on the book’s website to take a peek at the book’s format.

Has it been updated for V6?

NO. 🙁 I am doing some prep work now and working on the ebook but will start it in about a month.

Though it hasn’t been updated, I have used the book on a number of MC5 and MC6 projects and it’s been a great help. I highly recommend it! Plus, Kyra has been very helpful on a personal email basis which has been a big plus! Looking forward to the update.
