  strange audio length issue

  HI
  I made a timeline in mc6, marked in to out and exported qt ref video and audio wav from the same marks. Put both through sorenson sq to bo into encore for a blu ray.
  All went well until the burn failed. When i googled the error message, it seems that the audio may be a different length to the video. when i zoomed right in on the encore timeline the audio was 1 frame longer, even though it was made from the same marks and the auidio is all 48k 16bit as is the avid session, sor sq and encore. when i trimmed the audio off the frame the burn succeeded.
