  can’t start media composer trial

  I just got the trial of media composer 5….coming from a PPRO background and previously avid express

  I cannot even see a splash screen when starting…all i get is the title bar for MC and for the activation page…..just the title bar….no program window or GUI
  I will include screen shot
  Just hoping someone could shed some light on this…

  I am running an nvidia quadro 2000 and 12gb ddr3 on a 4core i7…

  Did you uninstall all previous versions of Avid editing products before installing the trial?
