    Hello,

I´ve received DVCProHD 720p/60 footage with his own data structure and
I´ve created a 720p/59.94 project, then I linked via AMA this footage but the playback is like a slow motion. Well, I decided consolidate footage and relink master clips to media on another target drive, “maybe I have performance issues” but….not…… the same slow motion effect. I´ve checked video column in bin and all seems correct “DVCPro HD (720p/60)” for linked and consolidated files. I don´t understand nothing”. Why don´t works??!!!

I down a consolidate clip to the timeline and…. oops! Video track shows the mix and match icon!! Now, clip name is 0003IC (29.97) ¡¡horror!! I go to effect mode and change the motion adapter to promote for edit the speed (at 50 by default) at 100. Now it seems that the motion is correct.

Anyway…. what happens??? Maybe the cameraman shoots with a variable framerate that Avid unknows???

XML file of this clip (direct from the clip folder of data camera structure) shows this:

    -VideoFormat- MXF -VideoFormat-
    -Codec- DV100_720/59.94p -Codec-
    -FrameRate DropFrameFlag- 59.94p -FrameRate-

    Thanks!!
    I use MC 5.0.3.8
