  Avid fx problem

  Help! On Media Composer, when I take an animation like Digital Juice and put on it… say V1 timeline, add media to V2 and want to use an effect, the V1 animation will turn, spin .. whatever the effect is..will do the same thing to the animation. I don’t want the V1 track to be effected in any way with the transition taking place on V2 video track.

  Any help appreciated.

  Add a BCC effect (any) and click the switch “Use TiTle/Matte”

  Try moving your V2 up to V3, leaving a blank V2.
