  Layer updating

  If I’m working with a photoshop file in AE as a comp and I “command E” to export that layer back to photoshop, make changes and save, it updates it in AE.
  Is there a way to update the whole comp? So if I export the layer, but then add a new layer to the photoshop file, how can I get that new layer to now be a part of the comp in AE.

  AE can’t add a layer to the comp when the PSD is revised within PS. You need to import the revised PSD as a comp, then replace layers (in the old comp) manually within AE.

  Yes, that would be a nice feature. 🙂
