  Media storage and sharing

  Anyone in Avid land also using Omneon’s Media Grid? We’re considering Omneon as a storage and sharing solution but would love some feedback from Avid editors who have used the system. Specifically wondering whether it is truly seamless to the workflow…whether there are benefits and/or pitfalls to going with Omneon in an Avid environment. Any feedback would be appreciated.
