  Avid Issues capturing and plug in question

  I am having issues with capturing one tape (of course its the master) i get a message that says “Capture aborted due to video overrun.The media captured to this point may be unusable and/or incomplete.” how do i over ride this? Also i had a question about the capture plug ins I have a sony gv-d900 and i only have the plug in for the gv-d300 how do i update this. I also was wondering if i could get a plug in for the canon 7d. I am running Avid Xpress Pro version 4.6 I also have version 5.6 on another computer and Avid Xpress pro hd on another i believe it is version 5.2
