  Importing DNxHD files

  New to working with RED files. I have imported DNxHD files into Avid MC 3.0.5. Working on a Mac, 3.06 GHz Intel 2 Duo prcessor and using an external G DriveQ. I can see them in the source window but they won’t play. When they are edited into a sequence, blue lines appear under the clips in the timeline. Are there specific import settings that I should be using? The QT’s play fine in QT player. Thanks in advance, any useful suggestions are appreciated.
