  Exporting XDCAM sequence for the web

  I’m working on a show that is using an XDCAM 50mbps codec. The show is an hour long and we’re finding that the export from a full resolution sequence takes forever because of the long gop format. We have to export on occassion to post screeners for execs who are in different cities. Any suggestions on export settings or workflow that will get us the quickest, best quality quicktime around 100mb? Any help will be much appreciated.

  A QT reference to sorenson squeez (after a video mixdown, of course) otta work fine. I send em wmv files unless they request something else.
