  There is a problem about my quictime reference

  Hi there whenever i tried to export my project as quicktime reference the image is more blurry and there is some darkening on the color. is it about my quicktime version? If i try to increase or decrease the version of quicktime is there any risk of messing up my whole projects?

  Just curious, what are you trying to do with the QT reference?

  Have you tired exporting an uncompressed quicktime instead?
