Media Composer Complete Shortcut Guide
Posted by Zak Ray on January 11, 2009 at 5:50 amDissatisfied with the web-style manual, I compiled a PDF chart of every shortcut for Media Composer 3.
It’s entirely possible that I missed some, so feel free to let me know. Enjoy!

January 11, 2009 at 3:06 pm[Job ter Burg] “Copy-to-Clipboard: ALT-CMD-C”
Or, better yet, map the “ALT” modifier to the “C” key and hitting it automatically loads your selection into the source window.
Besides, doesn’t searching for “shortcuts” in your Avid help files give you the shortcut list? It used to.

January 11, 2009 at 4:02 pmI should add that this was specifically designed for the Mac version of MC. Most of the commands can be translated to Windows, though; for example, the command (⌘) key can be substituted with the control (⌃) key when using Windows.

That only works with the default keyboard.
ALT-CTRL-C works with any KB setting. -
