  defaults on AVID Xpress Pro

  I upgraded last spring to Xpress Pro 5.7 and noticed when I use the source/record tool that the default rate of time is frames, not minutes and seconds. I have changed it to M/S and then saved the window, but it keeps reverting back. How do i permanently set it to M/S….?
