  Audio import problemo

  I am importing quicktime files (Audio and Video HD)into Avid Xpress pro system (Mac). When imported, the audio comes in with 4 tracks.

  The footage is a talking head shot with camera mic on ch1 and lavaliere mic on ch2.

  The problem is that all 4 tracks that are imported are playing only ch1.

  I import the same quicktime file into FCP and I hear both ch1 and 2 (ch3 and 4 show no wave form)
  I play it in Quicktime pro and it plays both ch1 and 2.

  Is there a setting I should be aware of to import ch2 into the Xpress pro. I am missing something.
