  Stupid Question?

  I am trying to download footage shot in 720p and footage shot in 1080i into the same project to edit. Obviously the cameras aren’t compatible with eachother. The JVC camera I have is only adaptable with the avid in 720p and the sony can only do 1080i and 480i…The JVC will film in 1080i 30FPS but it wont go into my system how can I get this to work and export out the same?

  Either dump the clips to a single tape format. Or, if you dont have acces to pro decks then go final cut.
