  can’t scrub audio

  using AXP 5.8.0 and I cannot scrub audio in my timeline. I can see my audio levels jump on the window, but no sound. Sometimes I might get one of every ten frames to chirp at me a little bit, but nothing I can rely on. Yes, “Caps Lock” is is down and yes the appropriate channels are active.
