    Hi,
I’m new to this forum. I have a question concerning fields. I have a frame which is flickering because illegal colour correction was applied. Only the first field, however, has the problem. Can anyone give me an idea how to copy the second field and paste it over the first?
    Thanks very much,
    Paul

AE is all I can think of, man. You can export it as a QT reference from Avid, import it into After Effects, interlace it and then render a new quicktime.

Thanks grin. I don’t actually have After Effects however, and from speaking to someone a while ago I’m pretty sure you should be able to do this in AVID, just not sure how. Thanks for suggestion though.

    Hmmmm

Toy around with 100% speed change, and choose ‘field’
    Should do the trick.

Great, thanks Bouke, that seems to work pretty well,
