  New Error Message

  I’ve never seen this error message before:

  End of file reached on

  We are trying to rending 1 logo that’s giving us trouble. It starts to render and stops with this error.

  We’re tagging and bagging promos. A bunch of promos on one timeline. The video is set up like this:
  V4: Endpage
  V3: Station Logo (Error problem)
  V2: Lower 3rd
  V1: Promo video

  Only V1 is different from the others. I mean, the same file is used over and over on V2, V3 and V4. But, only on this one promo does the logo on V3 refuse to render.

  We’re using Newscutter Adrenalines… v6.1.7

  Any ideas what’s the problem?

  This error usally occours when the duration of audio and video tracks are not the same when building the sequence. For further help and support please visit our site @ https://www.betechsupport.com
