  I need help with my MOJO!

  Hey folks.

  I’m having a bit of a problem and there is probably an easy fix to it, but here it goes. I am trying to capture audio and video from my mini DV deck (Sony HVR-10MU). The error I keep getting is

  Exception: An unidentifiable error has occurred while capturing.
  Exception: DIOProducer – digital I/O device malfunction, DIOerr:PMDIOFormat::SetAudioFormat – invalid sample size – client value: 16, acceptable value: 12.

  Any ideas???? This is driving me crazy.

  Since your machine is an HDV deck, is it set in the menus to output DVCAM on the Firewire out? Please tell me you aren’t trying to capture HDV through the Mojo, which is NTSC/PAL only. You can downconvert HDV to the Firewire output of the VTR and capture that through the Mojo.

  If the above doesn’t help, I don’t know where your problem might be.
