  Brush strokes effect: how to control speed?

  Hi all:

  The “brush strokes” effect, when applied, causes the image to wiggle as the animation plays, but I haven’t found a way to control the speed of said wiggling, as you can with other effects (like Scribble). Is there any way to do this?
