  Fisheye look without having to resize?

  Is there away to create a fisheye effect without having to
  resize the picture?
  I know there is a bulge plug in, but like the one in AE, you
  still have to resize the image to get it to full screen, thus
  creating a resolution issue.

  You cold opt to not resize it and treat the edges instead. It’s either resize it or use it as a layer. Like, over itself full screen color treated and blurred? It’d border your fisheye shot.
