  Avid MC v12 Right Click on a Mac

  Can’t figure this one out. does right click work work on OSX 10.2.6 with MC Meridien v12? how? or why not?

  No. Avid didn’t support right click from the beginning through the Meridian version (12 is the last Meridian upgrade). You can get a mouse with assignable buttons, though.

  you can also hold ctrl+shift and click and your contextual right click menu will pop up. kinda lame workaround but eventually you wont notice having to do it.

  we have a MacAlley mouse attached, and that was my first thought, load the Mouse Driver.

  As soon as i get done capturing this ALE, I’ll give the Cntrl-Shift Click a try. i hope it works. that would be really nice.
